I just opened my statement from Chase and was very upset when I noticed that they now charge a $10 service charge and have increased my minimum payment. I have always paid my amount due on time and in good standing with them. When I called they said that it was due to the economy. I agree that a class action suit is in order or at least check into it. It would be one thing if I did not hold up my end of the bargain, but I did.
