Well now I do not feel alone with being scammed by A&E. Our saga began when we bought a new Maytag french-door refrigerator in Nov 2004 which was damaged on delivery (day before Thanksgiving) and Maytag or thier parent company Whirlpool sent A&E to service the unit. After three months we finally had a working refrigerator as it should have been. Now we hear a clicking inside and call for service, okay it is out of warranty no problem we are quoted $159 service call to INSPECT & DIAGNOSE the problem.
