I signed a fee/retainer agreement with Schonberger in April 2009 and never used his services. He also never sent me a monthly statement reflecting any services or work performed. I requested a refund in February 2009 since he never performed any legal services and the agreement we signed said that the retainer was refundable minus a $125 consultation fee if I chose not to use his services.
