I was expecting a very important time sensitive package from UPS a week ago. I was tracking it on-line to find they had delivered it to the wrong address. I called them immediately, after putting on hold several times, I was told the package will arrive the next day and the UPS Palatine Office will call me in an hour to let me know the specific times. Infact, they would try and deliver it the same day. Next day, when I did not see the package, nor the phone call came, I called again.
