Magic Jack would not receive calls. When I called my Magic Jack number, would get a recording that the party at (another number) was not available, please leave a message. Contacted Magic Jack via chat and spent 2 days talking to 6 different tech support people. removed magic jack software twice and reloaded it twice, went through all kinds of hoops that did nothing.
