Sir/Madam, I am having my account in PNB, Clock Tower, Paltan Bazaar Branch, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. My account No. is 3713001300005764. On Saturaday, 13/03/2010, I tried for the transaction of Rs.8000/- from the ATM of Union Bank Of India, MKP Branch, Dehradun. The cash money came out of the ATM but due to delay in some seconds the money went back into the ATM due to which i was not able to take the cash money.
