I placed an order for a free trial for an electronic smoke free cigarette on March 7, 2010. I received the product on March 14, 2010. My checking account was charged $150.00 on March 17.2010. I called customer service to complain and a man named John told me they automatically charge your account 10 days after the order is placed. I ask what kind of free trial is that.
