I was with a friend who wanted to get a promisded price reduction on a Juicy Couture bag. The bag was slightly damaged and the manager said that she could get a 10% price reduction. My friend did not but the bag that day, but returned the following day to purchase the bag. She told the cashier that she whould get 10% off; the cashier did not believe her and a major fuss was made about the price reduction. Eventually, the manager backed up her story.
