My facebook account was hacked and they will not return my account to me! Have followed their procedures for recovering my account with numerous emails for 2 days and they will not respond!! They have a phone number but will not answer the phone just lots of options!! Why dont they have CUSTOMER SERVICE?? read full review »

My Face Book account was hacked using my gmail email address and Google WILL NOT LET ME HAVE IT BACK!!! I have had this email address for 7 or 8 years and cannot remember THE SECURITY QUESTION AND THE ANSWER!! So they will not give my gmail back to me no matter what!! My LIFE is in that email account!! I am unemployed and all work search is in there and all contacts!! I dont care about the Face Book account but desperately need my email returned to me!!! That email address is on all of my resumes!! This is just so devastating I dont know what to do!!! You cannot contact them at all!! read full review »
