I ordered for Magic Jack after a commercial on TV to have a house phone that was affordable. They charged my credit card approximately $47.00. They sent the Magic Jack and I followed instructions but it never worked. I got online with their technicians who've tried to help me by chat and they haven't been able to. This has been since last year may. I contacted Magic Jack to refund my money but they have totally refused stating that after 30 days there are no refunds.
