Kaplan University has the worst Financial Aid Dept. They have held left over money from my student loans and financial aid award. I have filed two complaints within the last 3 months with the Better Business Bureau and they still give me the run-around and ignore my emails and phone calls. I would quit now but am too close to graduating, but I will continue to file complaints with everyone I can until this gets resolved. I AM FURIOUS!!!
