There was $87.47, plus a foreign ATM fee of $2.44 taken out of my checking account without my authorization. This money was withdrawn before I even ever received the product. When I called to get a refund I spoke to Tina which she would not refund me, then passed me over to a supervisor, Brian. I had to argue with Brian and he said he would refund the money. I waited the 10 to 15 days and called back and spoke to Andrew. He said he would process refund and it would take 10 to 15 days.
