I received a sweater for a Xmas gift and it was laundered one time and fell apartin two places.. It was a gift from my Mother and purchased on sale at Mentor Mall.. Please advise... Can support with pictures if necessary... I beleive the wool was rotten... Otherwise this would not have happened... You should have had more complaints than just this one...I would like a replacement or refund on this product. For as much as your clothes cost the consumer I feel that you should offer the customer a better quality product. This sweater had two large holes appear out of no where and I forgot to tell you it had been handwashed one time. read full review »
