On the reward program site, you will read “get more coffee with your coffee. When you use your registered Starbucks Card to but 1 lb of your whole bean coffee, we’ll give you any Tall (12oz) beverage of your choice.” The stores in my area, I have never been offered this. When I mentioned, they offered me only a tall brewed coffee. I have complained at the corporate level through their site.
