We bought a new flat screen Toshiba tv in November 2009 based on salesman recommendation. Was promised price matching by salesman. Brought identical tv model in advertisement for price adjustment the next day. Salesman said would have to check with manager, he was not working that day. After repeated stalling and passing responsibility, manager promised $200 refund would appear on our credit card within 10 days.
