We received a postcard inviting us to a dinner to learn how to cut energy costs. The product to be installed was home insulation enhancement. The rep came to our home, late, and spend almost two hours reciting a litany of contradictory information. He also called someone, "his son", to come "in a few minutes" to take a look at our house. He must have rented this son, who was obviously a Mexican laborer, who arrived about 30 minutes later. We finally asked them to leave -- said there was a family emergency.
