First, I hope that this complaint gets into the hands of someone that can make a difference. On several occasions I have used the services of Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy located at 2856 Hickory Hill Ext., Memphis, TN 38115. I have cause for concern, when I have been given the wrong medications as well as having discrepancies with the quanity of medication received.
