My whole experience with this salon was bad! First, the woman I was supposed to see, whom I waited 2 weeks for, got fired and no one called me to let me know I no longer had an appointment so I showed up and had to "get fit in" with someone else. The woman who took me applied the hair dye then as she was rinsing sprayed the hose right in my face, which I just said was no big deal. Then she informs me that she can't stay to blow dry so "heres some brushes and products so you can do it yourself!" So as she ran out the door... read full review »
