Bought Magic Jack to help with phone expenses family long distance call. My husband has cancer and need to keep family informed. Jack will not call out or in only states on call in that no one here leave message or that voice not working.On call out it dials but doesn't ring. Have been on computer with tech's several times and got no where. What a joke and a bad one at that. How do they stay in business if there are nothing but complaints that this doesn't work. Also out money for something I can't use. Can't call and talk to anyone or e-mail it's like they don't exsist on this earth. read full review »
