My 9-year old son saved up his money and bought a refurbished Ipod from RefurbDepot.com. After about 6 weeks the Ipod began malfunction and a week later stopped working altogether. I contacted RefurbDepot by email and explained the problem. They told me I needed to a contact company called "Encore" for warranty issues. This surprised me as there was no mention of Encore as the manufacturer or issuer of the Ipod on ReburbDepot's web site.
