My husband and I have been customers of H&R Block for 5 years now. We file jointly, so obviously they have both of our personal information on file. Or you would think!!! Everytime I call in to speak with a customer service rep on mistakes on my card, (WHICH ALWAYS HAPPENS) they tell me that they cannot speak to me because I am not listed on the card. My husband has requested MANY times that I be added to the account, and reminds them that he should not have to add me since we file jointly.
