TJ Brooks is a SCAM Artist, please be aware!!! He will take your money, promise you things that will not happen, and when held accountable, never measures up. He comes across well educated, and is very good at sales. He likes to use the switch and bait, he drafted a contract for me to pursue a loan, and the terms he drafted were very attractive.
