There have been a variety of issues spanning billing, "service" provided, misinformation, sabotage, etc. In March 2009, I contacted this "business" to have a website developed. I was told it would take approximately 1 month to complete, but 6 months later I was still being jerked around. I was misinformed about the capabilities of the system. The excuse given was that the first account manager assigned to my account was not trained for ecommerce.
