My MagicJack, at first worked without complaints by me or my callers for about 3 months. Then I started getting complaints that my calls were cutting out when people called me. I would call them back and it would not resolve the issue of unclear calls . It was now been broken completely for a month. I called the company via their instant chat and spoke with a rep.
