My service worked the first month or two. I believe my jack is bad. I purchased it through a reseller last year and found out yesterday that they will not honor the warranty when purchased from a reseller. Apparently they give resellers defective jacks to sell. Constant problems experienced like calls drop off in the middle of conversation both incoming and outgoing calls. No dial tone most of the time. Just one problem after another. Their on-line help is ok but can only repair a problem for a temporary period of time. Then the problems start... read full review »
