I went to Cost Cutters on a Saturday afternoon. Expected to wait. There were only 2 stylists in the salon. 1 family of 4, all getting hair cuts. Waited over 45 mins and not once did they acknowledge me. Don't know why I waited so long. Listen to the employees put down the other salon down the street. According to the conversations, the owner of the francise puts all the good stylists in the new salons, so that the haircuts are good and the customers come back.
