I promptly received my credit report from www.nationalcreditreport.com, but had a similar experience with their so called customer service. I sent 3 emails explicitly stating to cancel my account immediately so I could avoid the $14.95 fee. I called as well, and after being on hold for 27 minutes, began speaking with a representative. I asked her to cancel my account, which she did. I made it very clear that I did not want my account charged and she said that it would not be.
