Orbitz apparently ALWAYS charges for trip insurance for international flights. They claimed there was a way to opt-out, but I never saw it. It took me over 30 minutes on the phone to get the charges reversed---BUT of course I won't get my money back "until the next billing cycle". Many people will never realize they were charged and those that do will have to spend a great deal of time to get their money back. This is a scam to enable Orbitz and Access America to make money from people who have NO intention of buying trip insurance --because they hold our money for up to 30 days before refunding it. read full review »
