My notebook needs to be repaired regardless of an expired warranty because the problem was pre-existing. I feel like a small fish and Dell is the whale. The whale eats me and doesn't feel it, so doesn't care. I can't get a direct extension to anyone...must go through the call process each time, I'm disconnnected.
