3-03-10 I requested a perm at a north Austin, TX Wal-Mart Smart Style salon and was charged $75 due to the "length" of my hair. My hair is not even shoulder length and extremely thin. My hair came out straighter than it was. The stylist, Kay, said I must have done "something" to it and refused to refund my money or do anything about it.
