I bought a computer from this company a year and a half ago. It took me 5 months of diligently calling to finally get my computer they said that the shipping addresses were messed up and this happened to hundreds of costumers! I never got anywhere calling the costumer service department. I eventually looked them up in the yellow pages in their home town and got through to a supervisor who finally got my computer sent.
