McAfee's software has crashed both my computers, each with different operating systems, and for the second year in a row. The new software CD does not install properly and McAfee provides absolutely no information on how to contact them for tech support!. When I finally do contact them via the web site it takes up to an hour to be told, via e mail, that someone will call you the next day for tech support.
