I just had to cut and paste this review from another disgruntled customer (my experience did not happen exactly as the attached complaint however, I have had so many issues and made so many phonecalls to correct THEIR errors and misleading information that I cannot even begin to recant the conversations, false promises & different responses, depending on who you talk to, which all conflict with each other).
