I continuously receive coupons in the mail for what appear to be generous offers from Macy's. However, when making purchases, the items I buy invariably seem to be on the (rather substantial) list of exclusions. What is the point of "inviting" customers into your store, if it's going to be a negative experince. With the economy as bad as it is of late, you would think that they would not have any exclusions so more people would shop in their stores. Or maybe I have it wrong and they are immune to the present economic situation and don't need more sales. read full review »
