I have had many Brother MFC machines. They finally came up with a winner (i.e. Toyota). From the first time I used this unit, paper jam after paper jam, after paper jam and there was never any paper jammed. SO...I guess "You can't fix stupid" and I have the dumb machine. Only help I can give you as a potential buyer...STAY AWAY from this one.
