I bought an Ipod 4th Gen (serial number 6U838PU15B7) in October 2008. After little use it started having problems. The sound is distorted, singer`s voice does not even come out. I call the local help desk in Brazil (were I actually live - incident number 158363559) and they gave me the location for one of their service centers - Mac Centris (http://www.maccentris.com.br/).
