SPIEGEL is the WORST COMPANY to deal with; DO NOT GET THEIR CREDIT CARD; purchased a bathing suit in 10/2009, returned the item via USPS and received a credit on Spiegel credit card and closed the account. fast forward to 04/2010, received a statement for $7.05; took 6+ phone calls to customer service (they HANG UP ON YOU after you speak to a customer service rep for about a minute) to straighten out the issue of finance charges on supposedly $1.xx owed for difference in issuance of credit for return of product?
