This company gave me nothing but grief for the year I had a "policy" with them, from 2007 through 2008. They were unresponsive, vague and seemed to be determined to pay as little as possible of each claim they received. Fortunately, I'm with another, legitimate insurer now. Yet just today I recieved a 'blast from the past' in the form of a large bill for a routine medical screening service - rendered in 8/08.
