I was a patient of Dr. Atkins from December 2008- March 2009. She performed Botox injections into my forehead on Jan. 24 2009. I had horrible complications. Still to this day I have scars on my forehead in the location of the injections. I requested my medical records in Feburary 2009 and finally after calling the Georgia Medical Review Board she released them to me.
