stephen powell accepted 600.00 dollars from my mother. agreeing to install a privacy fence on her property. have made several attempts to contact . spoken with stephen several times . makes excuses and empty promises. ultimately tries to avoid contact.its a shame people like stephen are allowed in public. my mother is on a fixed income. he knowingly takes advantage of the elderly. she is currently seeking legal action . during this we have found out that he has prior convictions of the same nature. read full review »
