I ordered a chocolate assortment from Rose City Chocolatier, LLC, 516 Main Street, Boonton, NJ 07005, on 4-2-10 in the early morning. I ordered on their website, selecting UPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery. As of today, 4-8-10, the delivery has not been made. I called the company and explained my problem. The candy was for a birthday on 4-7-10, and an alternate gift was needed. Rose City refuses to credit my credit card for a shipment I haven't received. Their owner is very rude, saying it isn't his problem, but the USPSs problem, and my problem. Do NOT buy from this company, they are not legitimate. read full review »
