Don't buy World insurance, they were bought out by another company..and they're the worst. If you make a claim...you end up paying the doctor yourself in order to avoid collections. Once you appeal their decision not to pay it can take them up to ninety days to make a decision, and they did end up paying. Their premium increases are beyond belief, I signed up with them two years ago, and have only had two claims.
