I have been a long term customer w/ this vendor. Due to a billing error, they made, my acct. was sent to a collections company. However, even after they corrected the error they refused to remove the derrogotory reference. I've spent thousands with them & I am dissappointed at their unwillingness to correct the problem they initially created. I even wrote a letter to the office of the CEO...never even received an acknowledgement. read full review »
