The owner of Halleys Curls is Labbe, Holly. I have a phone number on her 909-399-5806. Holly Labbe is a terrible business owner. She is a scamm artist who needs to get a soul and stop trying to swindle money away from people. Also check out the bbb.org. Halley's Curls has so many complaintrs against it. She blocks buyers email address when she doesnt want to address a situation.
