I ordered 4 pounds of Black soap on 2/20/10 and to this very day I have never received my order. I lost $35.65 for this order and they will not answer several emails, faxes, and phone calls. I have reported this company to the BBB and Attorney General in Chicago. Both have said they too have not rec'd any response. And I have found others being ripped off the same. I would advise no one to order to this company and to report them for those who have too, been ripped off by them. That is the only way to keep them from taking everyone'... read full review »
