My husband had to take a reduction in hours due to the economy and I am handicapped so unable to go to work to make up the difference. We contacted Chase to see about the Re-Modification program and did everything as they asked. Well after resubmitting our paperwork numerous times we at last were told in March 2010 we would be on a 3 month trial period to qualify for the program.
