After the initial setup worked for awhile, I experienced difficulties making outgoing calls. The customer service q & a did not resolve the problem and no one responded to my chat inquiry. There is no one to speak with and get any customer satisfaction. Yes, this is very disconcerting when you sign up for long term service. read full review »
