I bought Magic Jack as an extra line for my business, for out going calls. I voice quality was bad, garbeled most of the time. I spent countless hours "chatting" on their website. No one could correct the problem. I was the only person who called the Magic Jack # from other phones. Sometimes it went directly to voice mail. My staff said they picked it up and there would be no one there and I was getting a voice mail message on my end. I was able to return it to Radio Shack for a gift card refund only.
