April 2010: Ordered three pairs of pants, and one was clearly wrong size (two errors: pants too long and waist too small!). Had to pay $7.50 to return $12 item because of Haband mistake. I have been a loyal customer for not just years but decades. In the unlikely event that I get the postage refund, I might buy from Haband again, but I am not counting on it. read full review »
