Ok here is my experience with Magic Jack I ordered a Magic Jack on April 17 2010 and I did the rush shipping since I am in Canada I thought this would be the fastest way to get the magic jack to me. I can tell you that this has been nothing but a headache the support staff are absolutely useless I have done the online chat many times and they are just idiots.
